1. General

These Terms and Conditions govern all use of the Toledo Marketplace website (toledo.one) and any purchases made through the platform. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Toledo Marketplace reserves the right to update these terms at any time; the version in effect at the time of your order or account creation shall apply.

2. Marketplace Model

Toledo Marketplace operates as an online marketplace connecting buyers with independent sellers. Products listed on our platform may be sold directly by Toledo Marketplace or by third-party sellers. Each product listing identifies the seller. Toledo Marketplace facilitates the transaction but the contract of sale for third-party products is between you and the respective seller.

3. Account Registration

To place orders, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Products & Availability

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel orders affected by pricing mistakes. All products are subject to availability. Product images are for illustration purposes and actual items may vary slightly.

5. Prices & Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the product page and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Payment is processed at the time of order. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times and shipping costs vary by product, seller, and destination. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and in your order confirmation but are not guaranteed. 7. Returns & Refunds

Our return policy allows you to return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Certain items may be excluded from returns, including custom-made products and perishable goods. 8. Seller Responsibilities

Third-party sellers on Toledo Marketplace are responsible for the accuracy of their product listings, fulfilment of orders, and compliance with applicable consumer protection laws. Toledo Marketplace provides the platform and payment processing but does not manufacture or warehouse third-party products.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on toledo.one, including the Toledo Marketplace name, logo, website design, and original content, is the property of Toledo Marketplace and protected by intellectual property laws. Sellers retain ownership of their product images and descriptions but grant Toledo Marketplace a licence to display them on the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

Toledo Marketplace's liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. For third-party seller products, the seller bears primary responsibility for product quality and compliance. Toledo Marketplace will assist in dispute resolution between buyers and sellers.

11. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding a purchase, please contact us first at info@toledo.one. We will work to resolve the matter promptly. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the applicable laws and jurisdiction based on the seller's location.
